Warranty:
Our standard warranty is 30 Days. Most of our products do have a warranty included with the item. That length of the warranty depends on the age of the product and if there are a known issues with it. Please see the eBay item description for details. Our warranties range from 90 Days, 30 Days, or 7 Days. We cover all hardware problems under the warranty period that were not stated in the eBay item description. We do not cover any software problems, and do not offer any software support.
A few items are sold "AS IS" with no warranty. These items will be clearly stated in the eBay item description. These items carry no guarantee and are not eligible for any repair, exchange or refund. There is no functionality guarantee with these items.
Customers have to return the equipment to us at their expense for service under warranty. Shipping fees are not covered under warranty. We will not refund shipping expenses. Once the warranty work is completed, we will ship the computer back to you at our expense.
In the event of a hardware problem during the warranty period we will do one of the following.
1. We will send you the replacement part.
2. Exchange the defective part. You will be required to ship the defective part back to us first before we ship out the replacement.
3. We will offer you a partial refund for the defective part.
4. We will take the whole computer back and give you a full refund. This option is only available at our discretion if we do not have a replacement available.
REFUNDS:
All sales are final.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Defective products are covered under warranty as stated in the eBay item listing. |
