Do you offer combined shipping rates?
We have restructured our shipping and handling schedule so that we are no longer offering a flat shipping rate. Our current schedule is based on the rates of the United States Postal service. Charges are dependent on the weight of your package and the shipping destination. Since we are located in Florida the rates for Priority Mail and Parcel Post are lower for states located closer to Florida and higher for states located farther away. First Class rates are the same throughout the country, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Normally the rates for Priority Mail and Parcel Post reflect a combined shipping rate since the price per piece goes down when more items are shipped. Sometimes it is less expensive to ship items individually by First Class Mail than to select Priority Mail or Parcel Post. You can select your method of shipping when you pay for your purchase(s). If you order and pay for your items individually they will be shipped individually. You should use the shipping calculator in each of our listings to find the actual rate you will be charged for single items and multiple purchases.
International shipments are calculated the same way as domestic shipments and are based on the weight of your package and the shipping destination.
What are handling charges?
For each item you purchase there is a $.50 handling charge included in the price you pay for shipping and handling. This charge helps us to cover the costs involved with shipping your item(s), including, but not limited to, packaging, labor for packaging, transportation to the shipping location, and transaction fees. This handling charge does not cover all of the costs associated with shipping your items, but helps offset the expenses we incur. The shipping calculator located in each of our listings includes the handling charges in the total. If you do not agree with our shipping and handling structure please to not make a purchase as we do not want you to be unhappy with our operating policies.
Is the graphic put on the front or back of the garment?
Unless you specify otherwise the graphic will be put on the front center of the chest area of the garment.
How soon can I expect my order within the U.S.?
Our goal is to ship every order within 48 business hours, however, sometimes this is not possible due to a high volume of business. You will be notified by direct email to your registered eBay address when your order has shipped. Since we ship using the United States Postal Service the shipping time varies depending on where you are located. We ship from Florida and single item orders usually ship via First Class Mail. Multiple item orders ship Parcel Post unless you select the Priority Mail option when paying for your item(s).
How soon can I expect my order outside the U.S.?
Most orders arrive in about 7 to 14 days, however, the actual shipping time depends on the Postal Service where you are located and how long it takes for your package to clear customs.
Can you provide tracking for my order?
No, we do not provide tracking for orders. We have found that the extra expense required for tracking is not worth charging our customers more for shipping and handling. The U.S. Postal service handles most mail efficiently and in a timely manner. In the rare cases when a package is lost or damaged you can contact us for another shipment.
What if my order does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time?
We guarantee delivery of all packages, however, occasionally the Postal Service may lose a delivery. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable amount of time you may email us and another order will be shipped.
What if I need to return my purchase?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days for our products. If you need to return an item we will pay reasonable return shipping costs. You must contact us prior to sending your item(s) back and you will be instructed on the method for shipping. All items must be returned in the condition that you received them. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been washed or damaged. The item must be in resaleable condition.
Can I see the graphic on another color of garment?
Unfortunately the cost of posting each color of garment on eBay would be cost prohibitive, and since we do not print your shirt until it is ordered we do not have pics of graphics on various shirt colors. The graphics shown will be printed as they are shown, but without any copyright wording. The background colors in the image are usually the shirt color since the shirt becomes the background when printed. |
