When do your auctions start/end?
Our auctions typically start and therefore end around 6PM Pacific time Monday through Friday with new items every day.

What is the Buy It Now (BIN) price for this item?
Most of our items are auctions starting at $9.99. Some items have a Buy it Now price, but once a bid is placed there is no more BIN and the item will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Is my purchase from your eBay Store tax deductible or charged sales tax?
Only donations are tax deductible, but your purchase will not include sales tax. Please consult your tax advisor for more information about deducting charitable donations on your taxes.

We do not accept mailed payments including Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, or Cash.

Can my item be picked up?
Books are not available for local pickup or inspection. Shipping is the only method of delivery for books. Non-book items may be available for local pickup as noted in the item description. After you purchase an item, during the checkout process you can schedule the pickup date. Pickups can be scheduled Monday through Friday 10AM - 3PM. We are closed on the weekends. Our pickup address is 1500 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. That is Mission Street at 11th Street. Please come to the Reception Desk and tell them you have an eBay item to pick up. Items not picked up within 10 days will be relisted and you will be issued a refund of item price, less any auction/eBay fees.

Why is this item available for local pickup only?
Some items are simply too large, bulky or delicate to attempt shipping on our own and we will list these items as Local Pickup Only. If we list an item as Local Pickup Only that means we will not ship it through the US Post, UPS, Fedex even if you have your own account with them.

Will you mark this item as a "gift" on international customs forms?
No, we can not mark items as Gift on international customs forms. Our international shipping labels are processed automatically by our checkout system once payment is received. The exact purchase price will be entered on all customs forms.

What shipping methods do you offer?
For United States customers we ship using First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.

Do you combine shipments?
Books can not be combined for shipping discounts. Only single jewelry items can be combined for shipping discounts. You can combine up to three qualifying items into one shipment/payment. Each additional qualifying item costs just $1.99.

I'm local. Can I stop by to inspect the item I'm interested in?
No. Unfortunately, we do not have the staff available to escort visitors through our corporate offices to inspect items we sell and we are not a public retail store.

What is your Return Policy?
Returned items will be issued Store Credit only. If the physical condition of the item is not as described returns will be accepted. Request for return must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The return must be postmarked within 14 days and arrive in it's original condition. Postage is not refundable and return postage is to be paid by the customer. By bidding, you verify that you agree to the terms and conditions herein, and accept the item in “as is” condition.

How soon do I need to pay for my purchase?
Please pay for your items within three days. Our eBay account will automatically send you an Unpaid Item Reminder after seven days of no payment and will automatically relist the item after 12 days.

When can I expect to receive feedback?
Our eBay account is set to automatically leave feedback after you have paid for an item. If you have any concerns about your order we are surprisingly responsive to customer inquiries and service. Otherwise, please let us know your item arrived and you are happy by leaving feedback with FIVE STARS. Remember, if you feel you can not leave us five stars, please be sure to send us an email so we can improve our service.

Do you offer insurance?
Insurance is not available for books. Insurance can be purchased during the checkout process for non-book items. We do our best to safely package items, however, we can not be held responsible for carrier mis-handling. If your item arrives damaged, please remember to keep all packing materials and the item until the claim is settled.

What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday. Local pickups can be arranged 10AM to 3PM only. If you have any questions, please us the Ask Seller a Question link in an auction and we will respond.
