Goodwill will collect personally identifiable data, such as your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, when you voluntarily submit them to us during the secure checkout process for purchases. Our website payment processor for credit card transactions is PayPal. The details of your payment method, including credit card or bank account number will not be transferred from PayPal to Goodwill. We will also collect your name and email address in the event you sign up for any of our store newsletters. None of the information collected for our newsletters will be sold, rented, or distributed to any third party. You will have the option to subscribe to or un-subscribe from any of our newsletters.

Web Analytics

Goodwill collects information in aggregate form to track the number of visitors to our site, the number of visitors to each page, Internet service providers, and other technical data. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information about you.

Change of Privacy Policy

If Goodwill is going to use your personally identifiable information differently than outlined in the privacy policy at the time of your purchase, we will notify you via email. You will be given a choice as to whether we use your information in this different way. We will place a prominent notice on our site if we materially change the privacy policy.

Deleting Your Information

Goodwill will delete the personally identifiable information we have collected about you at your request. You may request to have your information deleted once any outstanding transactions have been completed. Upon deletion of your personally identifiable information, we will no longer be able to provide information about your past orders, allow returned items from those orders, and in addition, you will be required to re-enter all of your information upon your next purchase.

We will respond to your request to delete information within twenty (20) business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information or delete any information, we will ask you to verify your identity.

We take careful measures to prevent the misuse of your information. We use Secure Sockets Layer technology supporting 128-bit encryption during the checkout of your purchase. The information collected is stored on secure servers behind a firewall. We only provide access to your personal information to our own employees.

Disclosure of Information

When required to by judicial or other government authority subject to warrants, subpoenas or other governmental orders, disclose your personal information.
