Our Return Policy
We truly strive to understand our customers needs, while maintaining superb quality. We have a single minded commitment to customer service. If you order a product that is defective or does not meet your satisfaction we will gladly do an exchange or refund your money if the product is return within 14 business days of receipt. We strongly advise that you think carefully and make wise decisions before submitting your orders, so as to spare ourselves the inconvenience of making a return. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 14 days from original shipping date. Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered in anyway and contain all original packaging and accessories. Any product not in the original package as when it was shipped and in new reuseable condition, will not be accepted for return. Because we ship from several different manufacturers and suppliers, you must contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA and the proper address to send your package to for return processing. All returns must be send prepaid to the address provided by our customer service department. Please include a note with your name, address and daytime telephone number along with the reason for return and a copy of your sales receipts or packaging slip. If the return is being made because of an error on Our part , we will pay for the cost of the shipping. All credits will be issued to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your Charge Card Statement.
