Q: When is payment due/expected?
A: Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will file a dispute with eBay.
Q: When will my item ship?
A: We ship all items the following business day of receiving payment (unless out of stock,in this case you wil be contacted). If your payment is received on Friday or Saturday, your package will ship on Monday.
Q: Has my item been shipped?
A: If you have paid via Paypal, you will receive an automatic email from Paypal when your item has been shipped. It will include all of your tracking information.
Q: I did not bid on this item. Can we mutually agree to cancel the transaction?
A: No, We no longer will facilitate fraudulent activity of your account. If your account has had someone bid without your authorization, you will need to contact ebay. We do file Non-Paying Bidder disputes and will place strikes on your account if you do not pay for your items.
Q: I do not want this item anymore. Can we cancel this transaction?
A: No. Please make sure you intend to complete the transaction prior to bidding on our item(s).
Q: What will I receive with this item?
A: You will receive exactly what is stated in the auction.
Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO, Guam or Puerto Rico Addresses?
A: As long as you have a CONFIRMED and Verified Paypal Address, we will not accept any other form of payment.
Q: I live near you / I will be travelling in your area, can I pick up my item in person?
A: No. We do not offer local pickup.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: No, not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam, unless otherwise stated in the auction.
Q: I need the item shipped to a different address other than the address I currently have listed, can you do that?
A: No. We do not ship to any other address other than the confirmed address listed in Paypal. If you are paying via Paypal, we do NOT make exceptions, ever. Your item will be sent to the address you have listed. If you need help confirming your address, please contact Paypal.
Q: What is a confirmed address?
A: A confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can verify that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.
PayPal provides confirmed addresses to help sellers make informed decisions when shipping goods. As a general rule all accounts have at least one confirmed address and using an account will help increase the number of available confirmed addresses in the account.
Q: How do I confirm my shipping address?
A: You can confirm your shipping address in three ways:
- Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Your address can be confirmed after that process is complete. Note: Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses.
- Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
- Complete Alternate Address Confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and visit the Alternate Address Confirmation page

Q: I do not have a confirmed Paypal address / I am unable to confirm my address, how can I pay you?
A: We ONLY accept USPS Money Orders and Bank Cashiers Checks, we DO NOT accept Personal or Business Checks.
Q: Why are you asking for my credit card information when I try to pay for your item?
A: We NEVER ask for credit card information, paypal may request it to help confirm your address.
