  Do you combine shipping?

 
  We gladly combine and discount shipping & handling for multiple wins! Records are $4 for the first item; items 2-4 are $2 each; 5th item ships free! Please let us know when you have completed all of your purchases and we'll send you a combined discounted invoice.  Books are shipped by weight for the first item; each additional item is $1.75; 5th item ships free!

 
 

Q: How long to process my order?

 
  We ship up to six days a week and most items are shipped within 30 hours.

 
  When can I expect my order to arrive?

 
  We use USPS for all U.S. shipments and the estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method as follows: Media Mail: 2-9 days First Class: 2-5 days Priority: 2-3 days International shipment time frames will be given upon request.  UPS, DHL or FedEx will deliver your heavier purchases. Delivery times vary according to your location.

 
  How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

 
  We strive to keep our s/h fees as low as possible by charging actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee which help to cover the cost of shipping supplies,

 
  Do you ship internationally?

 
  Yes, please contact us for s/h fees. Certain items have restriction due to liability, shipping costs and manufacturer policies. If we are not able to ship internationally, it will be noted in the item description.

 
  What payment forms do you accept?

 
  We proudly accept Paypal as payment for all items.  With Paypal you can use your favorite credit card or send an e-check. You can rest assured your personal information is safe with Paypal. If you have an email address, you can send or receive money.  It is safe and easy to use.

 
  What is your return policy?

 
  If you are unsatisfied with your item once you receive it, please contact us immediately. Customer service is the backbone our our business.  We can work something out.  However, any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt of order (we will use the delivery confimation date) provided the item is returned in the original new condition, unopened and undamaged. You may be asked to read and cyber-sign this policy before returning your shipment.  This will protect both of us in case of any postal issues. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed unless a mistake has been made. We also suggest you buy insurance and use delivery confirmation on returns.
