You expect the very best when you shop at the brick and mortar mall in your area.  Why should you expect anything else when you buy from Gosinta? We strive to create a positive and memorable shopping experience when you visit our store. EBay has created something very special and we want to protect it so that you, our customer, feels safe and secure.  ITEM AS DESCRIBED:  Most of our items are seeking new homes and we act as the agent providing a service much like an adoption agency.   Much time is spent in researching items and choosing those that are the most desirable provide the best "bang for your buck.  Each item is carefully examined and sometimes many photos are taken.  Descriptions are written carefully.  You need to know what you are about to purchase (adopt).  If grading abbreviations are used, please refer to the record grading system page. All other items have complete a condition listed.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns before leaving feedback (Jan@gosintamystore.com). We are here to help you through every step of your purchase.

 

COMMUNICATION:  We are available to answer your questions within 24 hours - most of the time much sooner.  We understand in order for you to make an informed buying decision, you need to have answers to all your questions. Please check out our FAQ’s.  If you can’t find your answer please email us through ‘Ask Seller a Question’ on the item description page.  Once you have made your purchases, you will an invoice via email. We email again noting receipt of payment.  Our third email sends out shipping notification and your tracking number. It is important that you know what steps are being taken to insure your confidence in our selling process. If, at any time, you have any other comments or questions, please email us.  Most all emails are answered within 24 hours.

 

SHIPPING TIME:  This star is the most troublesome.  EBay would like to grade  us how fast we package and ship your purchases.  It is not on how long the mail/shipping delivery system takes to get your package to you.  Shipping time is figured on the amount of time it takes for the seller to ship your product.  Did I live up to my promise?  It is very important that you know that we shipping as many as six days a week.  Most items are shipped within 30 hours of payment receipt. We want your purchase to reach you without delay. We use special packaging for most of our items as their safe arrival to you is a high priority to us.  Please email us using the eBay email system – ‘ask seller a question’ – on the description page if you have a question about the length of time it takes for your package to reach you as many items are shipped via media mail. This method costs less than any others, but has the least reliable timing (2 to 9 days). Please keep in mind that USPS could take from 2-10 days to deliver. Please feel free to contact me through ‘Ask Seller A Question’ if you have any concerns. For your shipping convenience, we offer any/all shipping methods and will accommodate your requests gladly. I am also an eBay shopper and anticipate the delivery of each and every purchase.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:  We are committed to earning your trust.  We go the extra mile to insure that your charges are fair and honest.  Items are shipped either at a flat rate (most media items) or via a shipping calculator. We ship both within the US and internationally. If you have any questions about our rates or wish a special quote, please email us using the eBay email system – ‘ask the seller’ a question.  Quantity s/h rate discounts are offered as we can package like items together saving you more money.  Handling charges are kept to the cost of the shipping materials.  We do not charge for time/gas.

 

We are truly committed to you and to eBay. Customer satisfaction is the backbone of our business. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll find a solution together that best meets your needs. If a refund is in order, we'll refund the full payment, including the shipping costs you paid. The buyer is responsible for returning items safely to us. If we made a mistake, we'll do whatever it takes to correct our error. We're looking for relationships with our customers. We'll work diligently to earn that relationship.
