Gotham City Online sells thousands of pairs of shoes each week and our inventory is constantly changing. In fact, our shoes sell so quickly that we often have only a few sizes available in a particular style. Do you have more size or measurement information?
All the available size and measurement information is displayed with the item listing and all measurements are +/- one-inch. We list all the manufacturer's information and we also take our own measurements for things like heel height or boot shaft height. Since all shoes are securely packed and prepared for shipping once listed (at our prices the shoes don't stay around very long) we are unfortunately not able to take additional measurements for you. Fortunately our generous return policy allows you to return any items that you do not love.
What condition are the shoes you sell?
Gotham City Online sells BRAND NEW, GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC merchandise purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers and designers. All shoes are unworn and shipped in shoe boxes. We are very meticulous about our shoes and for the benefit of our customers we grade our shoes into 3 condition categories. The condition grade (explained below) is listed in the details of each item description. Our condition grades are:
- New in Original Box- Stylish shoes in perfect condition...at a truly gorgeous price! Would make a great gift.
- New- Same great shoes as above, shipped in a stylish, white Gotham City Online shoe box!
- New/Clearance - New shoes with some minor imperfections usually due to storage or handling.
- Display - Similar to our clearance shoes and in need of some love...or maybe just a day of beauty with a cobbler.

How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases?
We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions should end within 5 days of each other or they should be checked-out separately.
