Do you have this item in another size, style or color?
Gotham City Online sells thousands of pairs of shoes each week and our inventory is constantly changing. In fact, our shoes sell so quickly that we often have only a few sizes available in a particular style. For your convenience you can search our current eBay inventory by size, style or color using the search box located to the right of the item photographs.
For a complete list of shoes for sale you can visit our website and use our advanced search tool. You can also fill out a Wish List and we'll notify you when the shoes you are looking for are in-stock.
Do you have more size or measurement information?
All the available size and measurement information is displayed with the item listing and all measurements are +/- one-inch. We list all the manufacturer's information and we also take our own measurements for things like heel height or boot shaft height. Since all shoes are securely packed and prepared for shipping once listed (at our prices the shoes don't stay around very long) we are unfortunately not able to take additional measurements for you. Fortunately our generous return policy allows you to return any items that you do not love.
What condition are the shoes you sell?
Gotham City Online sells ONLY BRAND NEW, FIRST QUALITY merchandise purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers and designers. We DO NOT SELL irregular or refurbished items. All shoes are unworn and shipped in shoe boxes. We are very meticulous about our shoes and for the benefit of our customers we grade our shoes into 3 condition categories. The condition grade (explained below) is listed in the details of each item description. Our condition grades are:
- New in Original Box- Stylish shoes in perfect condition...at a truly gorgeous price! Would make a great gift.
- New in Box- Same great shoes as above, shipped in a stylish, white Gotham City Online shoe box!
- New/Clearance - New shoes with some minor imperfections due to storage or handling.
- New/Store Display - Similar to our clearance shoes and in need of some love...or maybe just a day of beauty with a cobbler.

To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has ended, please visit eBay's Bid Retraction page.
To cancel your bid AFTER the auction/Buy It Now has ended you will need to contact Gotham City Online. Since eBay charges Gotham City Online fees for every item we list, we must contact eBay for reimbursement of those fees when an item is not paid for. The eBay "unpaid item" notification can negatively impact your account with eBay so we do allow customers to reimburse us directly for our listing fees (approximately $5 per item), in which case we will NOT contact eBay.

I don't see a Buy It Now option, how do I purchase the item?
Once 1 customer places a bid on an item eBay will remove the Buy It Now option for all customers. So if you see shoes you really want and the Buy It Now option is still available, be sure to act quickly!

If an item didn't sell at auction, how do I purchase it?
Gotham City Online lists thousands of shoes a week on eBay. When a pair of shoes does not sell it is usually relisted within a few days. For your convenience you can easily find shoes using the search form on our item listings or the Gotham City Online eBay Store.

How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchases?
We kindly request that payment be made within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date. If you are bidding on multiple auctions to save on combined shipping, the auctions should end within 5 days of each other or they should be checked-out separately.
Can I mail you a payment?

I have a merchandise credit, how do I use it?
If you have taken advantage of our generous return policy or received a $10 Tell A Friend credit from Gotham City Online, then your Gotham City Online account may have a merchandise credit balance. Your merchandise credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase during checkout on the Gotham City Online website. Remember to log in using the same email address to have your merchandise credit automatically applied. Credits are valid for 1 year.
What is the total amount I owe for my eBay purchases?
The total due is the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of shipping. Your total will be automatically calculated during checkout.
Domestic/USA customers do not pay sales tax. Auction item shipping and handling rates are displayed on each item listing.

Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping?
Yes! If you purchase multiple items, you may combine any items that have not yet been checked out into one order during checkout on the Gotham City Online website. Once combined into 1 order, items must be paid for together and items may not be removed or combined with other orders. We do request you checkout all items within within 7 days of auction end/Buy It Now date.
Please note that checkout on the Gotham City Online website is required to apply all Gotham City Online coupons and promotions, including our combined shipping discount. Checkout through eBay will allow you to purchase and receive the item but not apply our discounts.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping rates are posted with each item listing. To help save our customers money, Gotham City Online offers shipping discounts up to 50% when you purchase more than 1 item.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, Gotham City Online will only ship to the shipping address provided for us during checkout on the Gotham City Online website (or, if our checkout is not completed, we will only ship to the address Paypal had on file for you at the time your payment was submitted); we do NOT take shipping information from eBay accounts.
If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address other than the one Paypal automatically forwards to us with your payment, please complete checkout on the Gotham City Online website first before submitting any payment in order to provide us with that alternate address you wish to use.

- Standard Ground - our most economical shipping option. We'll choose the carrier and your order should arrive in approximately 3 to 10 business days. Available for all domestic addresses, except those mentioned below under Residential Ground.
- Premium Ground - receive your order in approximately 3 to 5 business days with FedEx Ground delivery.
