GOVGROUP IS UNTRUSTWORTHY. They indicated on the eBay site that the item was in transit when in reality it was never shipped. I requested via eBay messaging a tracking number for the supposed shipped item and never received a response from GOVGROUP. I called the GOVGROUP help desk and the woman indicated that the "eBay Department" could not be connected to directly; however, she stated that she would relay to them that I wanted a shipping update and they would call me. They never did.
