Hello and Welcome

Since we are both a buyer and a seller here on Ebay,we have experienced both sides of the coins when completeing transactions.We have found that while most ebayers are very honest, kind and understanding,there are a few that make the rest of us look bad.They purposely give negative and false feedback undeserving.We have seen this time and time again and it just saddens us.Everyone should check out the feedback of anyone they plan on dealing with before they continue with the transaction.Don't just stop there.When you see a negative or neutral read it carefully and see if the other(wronged) person replied to it.Many times you can clearly see that the bad feedback wasn't deserved.It was given(the neg.) by someone who was trying to get away with something.Sometimes a better deal(a partial refund) or a refund on an item they say was broken when it wasn't.Then there are those that just simply lie and are scammers and no matter what you do they will give you a negative(because they didn't get away with their scam).

My wife and I always try our best to resolve any issue with honesty,kindness and fairness to all involved.If for example, someone buys an item from us and they insured it and it was damaged during transit, it clearly isn't our fault,but some feel that we should refund them anyway and when you don't they give you a negative.There is no escaping this kind of situation.You just hope that anyone reading your feedback will understand and not think your a untrustworthy seller.We take alot of care and pride in every thing we sell and ship, and we take every precaution to make sure the item is exactly as described and pictured, and packaged properly so it arrives safely.If something is clearly our fault we will make it right.Unfortunately there are sellers out there that don't do this and it hurts the good,honest sellers.So please remember to read peoples feedback and look at it with an open mind.You can usually tell when someone clearly isn't fair or trustworthy.If you see the same kind of neg feedback repeated over and over again stay clear.

 PLEASE contact us before leaving anything less then ALL 5 STARS.  Sadly, a 4 is a huge hit on a seller's DSR rating.
