Item received was not what color I ordered and has markings I can’t get off of it. I really need a humidifier. So I am trying to work with the seller and asked for a partial refund instead of an immediate refund or return. Instead of being professional, they’re arguing with me about how much it is because they think $20 is too much to compensate a customer. I feel disappointed and disrespected. I am just asking for professional courtesy here.It looks like I’m not the only one dealing with this.

This never tracked and never delivered. When I contacted seller they just said it will be there. Didn’t actually address the fact it never tracked and wasn’t delivered. They have just tied my money up for two weeks for no reason and I am hoping I can get a refund tomorrow. Do not recommend this seller!!!

Seller listed item as new and even confirmed this through my inquiry, then they proceed to send me a used, scratched up pair of sunglasses. On top of that, shipment was delayed. Also, they took 4 days to respond to me after advising of the issue. Complete waste of my time!
