Combined shipping: If you want the combined shipping rate, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not pay for your books individually! Ebay and Paypal both charge fees on every transaction, which make it impossible to extend the full combined shipping rate I can give you if you only make a single payment. So even if eBay encourages you to pay right away, DON'T DO IT! Pay only when you have ordered everything you want at the time. If you have any doubts at all, request an invoice from me.
Americans can also take advantage of my extra shipping savings: order 5 or more books (limit of 40 books: the maximum which ebay allows me to bill on a single invoice), and pay only $5.00 for shipping. Again, this must be on a single order, paid with a single payment.
