Shipping Info:
Shipping within U.S.A. – Please pay from one of our accepted payment methods
listed above. We ship via standard flat rate shipping, shipping companies
are chosen at the discretion of Grassroots Computers. These include,
but are not limited to, Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL. Please allow 1 to
3 business days for shipment to process and leave our warehouse, and
allow 3 to 10 business days after that for delivery. Most of our items
ship from our Southern California locations.
We do not ship on weekends or
holidays. Some items that are custom or build to order may take 2-4
days to ship. Occasionally
shipments may not leave our warehouse for up to 5 business days after
payment is received, due to vendor short shipments and circumstances
out of our control. This is rare, but it does happen from time to time.Grassroots
Computers is not responsible for packages lost by USPS.
Tracking

Whenever
possible, we provide tracking or delivery confirmation # to our
customers
regarding their shipment. USPS provides delivery confirmation #s only,
which do
not offer updates on the en-route status of their packages. Please do not expect to be able to
track your item when it
is shipped via the USPS as it may not show up on the USPS website until
after
it is delivered. FedEx
and UPS tracking numbers will be active
within 24
hours of shipment. Please contact FedEx or UPS to track your shipments
at
www.fedex.com or www.ups.com.
Delivery Signature - Items valued under $250 will be delivered without
a signature required. Items valued $250 and over will be delivered with
a signature required. It is your responsibility to assure you have
a safe place for this item to be delivered too.
Expedited
Shipping - We
offer expedited shipping via fedex 3 day, 2 day, and standard overnight
delivery, if available, for a fee. Check your auction listing for
shipping
upgrades, or contact us by phone to arrange expedited shipping and get
rates.
Changes
to
Shipping Info - We do not adjust a shipping
address once a package has been sent, so make sure your ship-to address
info is
correct.
Local
Pickup/Will Call - We
do not allow local pickup or will call
under any circumstances. All items must be shipped.
Combined
Shipping – We do not combine shipping costs
on any items, except at the discretion of Grassroots Computers or as
listed in
each auction.
Shipping outside
of U.S.A – Currently
we do not ship outside of the U.S.A.
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses - We
ship to APO/FPOs whenever possible, via
USPS Priority Mail. These packages are usually not trackable. APO/FPO
shipments
are not eligible for shipping insurance, and Grassroots Computers is
not
responsible for packages lost by USPS. Please allow 1 to 2 business
days for
shipment to process and leave our warehouse, and allow 1 to 3 weeks
after that

Insurance
- We offer insurance coverage on shipments for a small fee. This is not
insurance through the shipping company, but through Grassroots
Computers. We cover packages that are lost by the shipping company or
show as NOT DELIVERED. This insurance does not cover items that show as
delivered by the shipping company. Customers are responsible for
contacting the shipping company when there is a discrepancy with
delivery. |
