Q. What does the vacuum come with?

A. Your vacuum will come with exactly what you see in the picture. Occasionally, we will put something in the auction that is not pictured but we will always tell you what it is in the description. So if it does not show it in the picture or say it in the description, then it will not be with it.

Q. What is your 24 hour shipping guarantee?

A. We know it is important that you get your vacuum cleaner as soon as possible. That is why we created the 24-hour shipping guarantee. Unlike most others who sell on the internet, we will ship your vacuum to you within 24 hours of receiving your money.

Q. How long will it take my vacuum cleaner to arrive?

A. We ship FED EX ground which picks up at our door daily. Click on the Shipping Chart ( to see approximate arrival times.

Q. What is the best way to contact you?

A. Email. Sometimes people will try and contact us by phone. That b>ALWAYS</b> takes longer than email. We check our email several times a day and will be able to get right back to you.

Q. What if I am not sure which vacuum is best for me?

A. Please just drop us an email. We are never too busy to answer any of your questions. You have to remember that most vacuum shops are prejudice to the vacuum they are allowed to sell. We sell almost every vacuum cleaner made. So just drop us an email and we can usually make a recommendation to fit your needs. Be sure and tell us a little bit about you - like pets, kids, carpet, hardwood, stairs, allergies, and how many floors, etc.

Q. Should I buy supplies and accessories for my vacuum that I have won from someone else?

A. Please wait until the end of the auction after you have heard from us. We have access to almost all bags, belts, supplies, shampooers and other vacuum accessories. When the auction closes, we will send you an email with some supply lists and prices. It makes sense to buy from us because our prices are great (we give discounts to ebay auction winners) and we give you FREE SHIPPING on all vacuum supplies bought with your ebay vacuum.

Q. What if I am looking for a specific vacuum and it is not on your seller list?

A. Just drop us an email and ask us. In most cases, we have it in inventory and just have not listed it yet.

Q. Why should we buy a vacuum from you ?

A. There are a several reasons:

(1) The quality of our vacuums! When we purchase or trade in used vacuums we only purchase the vacuums that are in excellent shape. We just don't buy junk. If we ever do (which is not very often) then we wholesale them out to vacuum shops who then fix them up and sell them to the public;

(2) Our price! Most vacuum shops wonder why we can sell so inexpensively. We don't consider ourselves vacuum shops, we consider ourselves a "Vacuum Warehouse" and our prices reflect it. Our business philosophy is to sell high volume and low price;

(3) Our Service Department! Before every vacuum can be sold there is a rigorous 21-point inspection done on every vacuum. The vacuum is inspected and must pass our rigorous testing system.

Q. I saw the original vacuum box in the picture. Will it be shipped in its original box?

A. Most likely not. In most cases. in order to protect the integrity of your vacuum, we put it in a brand new, strength-tested box to protect the vacuum during shipping.

Q. When sending a money order, who should it be made out to?

A. All payment information, including name and address to send money, will be in the link that we provide you to make payment.  After a auction we will send you an email with this information as well.

Q. Can you send me a tracking number when you ship the box?

A. Absolutely. When you send payment, make sure you include your email address and we will send you an email with your tracking number and your estimated time of arrival.

Q. How will I get the warranty information?

A. When you get your vacuum cleaner. You will find a packet inside the vacuum. It will have several pieces of paper including tips from our service department, referral program and the warranty information.

Q. What is your guarantee?

A. Our guarantee is that the vacuum will come exactly as described in the auction and that it will work exactly as described in the auction. For example, if it says in the auction that it runs great, then we guarantee that upon arrival it will run great. If it does not, then we will gladly refund your money, less shipping or arrange for repairs.

Q. Do you accept trade-ins?

A. Yes we do. However, we usually cannot offer much for low-end vacuums like what are sold at department stores. By the time you pay shipping, it is usually not worth it. However, just drop us an email and tell us what you have and what you are looking for and we will see what we can do.  We also trade for valuable non vacuum items.
