When I see negative or neutral feedback on listings, I am curious as to the cause. Being without recourse, I feel I have the right to explain the negative and neutral feedback received from one person. In less than an hour, 31 items were purchased. Noticing that quite a few were dichroic pendants, I initiated contact with the buyer offering to list additional pendants without bails and if she was interested no additional packaging/postage fees would be charged. Her response was that she was displeased with the terms clearly explained in each listing and would NEVER return. I told her I didn’t want anyone to be unhappy with their choices and would be more than pleased to cancel the entire transaction, which I did. She was then allowed to reconsider which items she wanted - five out of 31. I refused to complete the transaction for the five items and in retaliation received the negative and neutral feedback.
