Payment Options:

We currently accept PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa for payments. PayPal is the preferred payment method, and the fastest, but please contact us if you'd prefer to use your credit card via our store.

Financing is Available: Select items over $2,000 may be available for 36 months payment plans subject to credit approval. For more information, please email sales@greengardentools.com with the product SKU you wish to purchase to make arrangements.

30-Day Returns:

Making a return is simple. Follow the instructions below to ensure we continue providing the best possible service.

We accept returns for exchange, merchandise credit, or money back. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by an RMA (return merchandise authorization), along with the EBAY item number and your return shipping address.

Please contact us for an RMA number before returning your item via email at sales@greengardentools.com or by telephone at (403) 475 5177.

There is no restocking fee with defective merchandise or if the return is for an exchange or merchandise credit. A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned for money back within 30 days.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
