the weather report before mailing, especially during
the colder season, and will hold your shipment in
case of inclement weather.
We can also accommodate most special requests, however,
please ask before purchasing to avoid any disappointments.
We happily combine shipments to save you money on postage.
A single payment must be made to take advantage of our
reduced rate shipping. You may either wait for a combined
invoice or we refund overpayments.

Green Thumbs Galore has been selling online for 2 years, my husband and I have over 35 years horticultural experience between us. We have built our business on providing superior service combined with integrity and responsibility. As we are expanding, we are committed to continuing this practice.
Our growing areas are inspected by the State of Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We guarantee you will receive healthy plants that are true to the name in the description, color patent tags are included with all patented/patent pending plants.
We send planting instructions with all our plants and seeds and we depend on you to provide an environment suitable for their growth. Be sure to read the care instructions sheet, some plants will require special attention prior to planting and/or for the first few weeks in their new home.
We want you to be happy with your online plant purchase, plants are carefully selected and orders are packed with care. Please open your box as soon as possible and check your plants immediately. If there is a problem, please notify us right away.
We only ask that you be fair and not expect us to replace plants or issue refunds on plants that were fine when you received them, but that have declined due to circumstances beyond our control. A very low percentage of plants fail to thrive no matter how careful we are at planting. We can not accept responsibility for the loss of plants in your garden and no guarantee, expressed or implied, is made for successful growth after planting.
