All of our items are carefully packed in advance to ensure quick shipping and therefore cannot be repacked. All Freight claims must be settled with Freight Carrier before issuing refunds. We only ship via UPS which includes insurance up to $100.00 and tracking info. All items must be checked for damage at the time of delivery and noted on the freight bill before the delivery person leaves. All damaged must be called in by the driver. If the item is damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. The freight company will provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete your claim. If you need any information from us to help you in this process we will be more than happy to provide it. This process is a simple one, but does require time to be resolved so your patience is appreciated. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc, on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost. International Customers are responsible for payment of duty fees for any item being shipped to internationally. We do not accept PayPal on international shipments. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. All sales are final. We do not accept personal or business checks.
