 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 |
 | A: For shipments to U.S. addresses you pay the listed shipping for the heaviest book in each order and all others ride along at no extra charge.
For international orders, postage is determined by the weight of the package. I am happy to quote international postage costs before you buy - just send me an inquiry indicating which books are involved. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped? |
 |
 | A: All orders are shipped either the same day or the next business day after receipt of payment. I will send an email with tracking information when the package is shipped. Everything that I sell is in my possession for immediate shipment. Next Day and 2-Day shipping is available at additional cost. |
 | Q: When will my package arrive? |
 |
 | A: US Priority Mail and UPS shipments normally arrive within a week. If you selected Media Mail please be patient - Media Mail normally takes 10-14 days to arrive but often takes longer: 2 to 3 weeks to the west coast and 5 weeks to Hawaii or Alaska is not unusual.
International air mail usually arrives in one to two weeks but can take longer. |
 | Q: How can I track my package? |
 |
 | A: On the day your package is shipped I send an email with a tracking link and/or the Delivery Confirmation number. Although Delivery Confirmation is not real-time tracking, it can give you an idea of where the package is. Also, eBay now shows shipping and tracking info - just go to the item and click the 'Order Details' link. |
 | Q: I'm still shopping for additional books, can I wait and pay for everything when I'm finished buying? |
 |
 | A: If you're bidding on other items it's fine to wait for them all to end before sending payment. I will send a combined invoice for everything, with the combined shipping discount, when you are ready. |
 | Q: Are the books from a smoke-free environment? |
 |
 | A: Yes. Virtually all of the books that I sell are brand new and are stored in a completely smoke-free environment. The only exception would be an occasional old/antiquarian book - in that case any odor would be clearly stated in the listing. |
 | Q: What is a Private Auction? |
 |
 | A: Private Auction simply means that your Ebay ID is kept private - your ID does not appear on the listing when you bid and the item number does not appear in feedback after the sale.
I list all books in the Sexuality, Erotica, and Gay/Lesbian categories as Private Auctions so you can buy with complete privacy. |
