The next day I had a paid return label and the day the seller received the return I received a total refund. The customer service was exceptional. VERY Fast shipping and NEW condition would definitely recommend this seller! My only complaint was the listing was for a 12.5 but the pictures were for a 12. I contacted the seller before hand and they said the picture is of the actual product and ensured an easy return process if it was wrong. The shoe ended up being a 12.5 but it actually fits quite well and for the deal i got, its fantastic!!!
