Q: How much is shipping for my item?
A: To determine the packing and shipping charges for your item, please click on the Payment and Shipping Tab above the blue bar at the top of the listing and enter your location into the shipping calculator. (If you are out of the United States, change the country to your location.)
Q: Do you offer a shipping discount if I buy more than one item?
A: Yes! Just add additional items to your shopping cart and your discount will automatically be applied at check-out
Q: Can you ship my order via USPS Express Mail?
A: We are usually able to add an express mail option for US orders. Please email us before you bid for express mail shipping options.
Q: May I pick up my order if I live in the Phoenix area?
A: We are usually able to accommodate local pick-ups. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to pick-up your order
Q: Can you please declare my international order as a gift and mark the customs form at a low value to avoid duty taxes?
A: Sorry, we cannot alter your customs form in any way. All international orders will be marked as "other" or "merchandise" depending on the form. The value will equal the winning bid price of the auction (not including shipping charges.)
Q: Will you pay my Customs/Duty Fees?
A: Sorry, No. The buyer is responsible for any Customs/Duty Fees which may be charged upon receipt of the order.
Q: May I contact you to pay for an item directly with a credit card?
A: Sorry, we cannot accept direct credit card payments. We can only accept PayPal or Money Order Payments. (However, you may pay with a credit card through paypal.)
Q: I am having trouble with PayPal. How can I contact them?
A: PayPal Customer Service agents are available to help you from 4:00 AM MST to 10:00 PM MST every day. You can call them toll-free at: 1-888-221-1161.
Q: Can you please ship my order to a different address?
A: Yes. We are happy to ship to any address you like, provided you enter it in when you check-out and pay. (It needs to be entered when you are asked, "Where would you like your order shipped", not in the notes section of the payment.) If you have already paid, but need your order shipped to a different address, please contact us right away. We are happy to refund your original payment so you can re-submit it with the correct ship-to address as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Q: Will you please accept my personal check or a money order?
A: Sorry, due to eBay regulations, we cannot accept personal checks or money orders.
Q: Did you really ship my order because when I look up the tracking information it says, "Electronic Shipping Info Received" or "There is no record of this item."
A: Yes. If you have received a shipping confirmation, we have shipped your order. However, since our Post Office does not scan orders when they receive them, the online tracking will display this message until it is delivered.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
A: We do our best to give every customer a positive experience. However, we are human and as such can make mistakes. If you experience a problem with your order, we will do our best to remedy the situation in a professional, timely manner.
