All new guitars come with an excellent factory warranty (from one year to limited lifetime. Used merchandise has a 10 day warranty from the time you receive the shipment. Most merchandise can be returned but large new items like speakers and guitars should be serviced and/or exchanged at a warranty repair center. We reserve the option to charge shipping and restocking fees before issuing a refund. | |
