All of our NEW Jackson and Dillion guitars are covered by a manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty, and come in their original boxes with the paperwork, warranty cards, etc as sent by to us from the factory. These guitars are shipped to us directly by Jackson and Dilllion; we inspect them for damages before repackaging them to sell on eBay.
