Payment |
Don't see it? Just ask! We accept paypal , direct payment of mastercard/visa, american express and discover, as well as money orders (which require 10 business days to clear due to fraudulent bank checks). If paying via paypal, your address must be listed under the "address" section. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or PR. |

Fees |
Florida orders are subject to 7% sales tax. |

Feedback |
We use an automated program for feedback to save time, labor and pass the savings on to our customers, feedback is left for our customers automatically once payment has been made for your item. You can verify we leave feedback by clicking on the "Feedback left for others" link. |

Shipping |
We ship to the United States via UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. We reserve the right to choose any of the listed shippers for any items based on price and location to ship an item to a customer. If you send us payment with a po box for an item that ships via UPS or Fed Ex, it will be refunded and you will be required to re-submit payment with your address corrected in the "address" section of paypal. Customers third party billing is NOT accepted. |

Delivery |
Orders are processed within two business days after payment is received. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer direct, require an additional 2 - 4 business days for shipping. Tracking information is sent once we receive it. |

Refunds & Returns |
Returns are allowed within 30 days from date of purchase. Refined Feline Products, Solvit Products, Indoor Potties & Litter Kwitter specifics are listed below - all other items returned must be authorized with an RMA# and must be NEW, unused in the original packaging. No returns after 30 days. Initial shipping charges are NOT refundable, customer is responsible for return shipping charges, tracking and insurance on all returns. We can not credit you what is not received, so tracking is REQUIRED! If the item is damaged or lost during return, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.
Defective items are handled through the manufacturer so they are able to troubleshoot the problem PRIOR to determining if it is defective. The manufacturer will then take care of the cost of shipping and replacement - proof of purchase can be done through your paypal receipt. |

Items NOT RETURNABLE & Restocking fee items
|
Litter Kwitters, All Indoor, Portable Dog Potties, Litter Boxes & Refined Feline Products are NOT refundable or returnable. Litter Kwitters are for use on standard toilet bowls. Any other type of bowl will require modifications. ALL Indoor Dog Potties are a sanitary item and therefore not returnable once opened (for any reason, including "my dog won't use it", or "my dog passed away before we were able to use it".) Refined Feline are custom made products and therefore considered a special order and not returnable or refundable. Solvit Products all incur a 15% restocking fee for ALL returns. Any Solvit Product that included free shipping will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover initial shipping costs on the item as well. Any shipment refused by customer will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover initial shipping charges and return shipping charges.
