Store Policies
Shipping
We combine shipping on multiple purchases unless stated in the listing. We will ship items together and calculate your shipping based on weight. Please limit the time frame on multiple purchases to seven days. If you are paying with PayPal you must make payment for multiple items on one transaction or we will have to ship the items separately.
We ship items the same day or the day after payment is made.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground or home delivery for domestic shipments. We use USPS Express Mail for International shipments. The reason we use these carriers is becuase they provide the best service and protection for our customers. We charge actual shipping based on the shipping calculator and do not add in handling charges.
Due to PayPal policies we do require signature confirmation on all shipments valued at $250.00 or higher. We realize many people may not be at home to accept packages so we recommend adding the address in PayPal that is more convenient for you to accept packages. If you need assistance adding a shipping address in PayPal, please email us and we will be happy to help you.
We can only ship to the address listed on the PayPal transaction page under the heading Ship to this address:
International shipments will only be shipped via USPS Express Mail. We do not falsify customs documents so please do not ask us to mark items as a gift or declare a lower value than the price you purchase the items for. This is a non-negotiable policy.
Payment
We prefer PayPal payments, but also accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Due to eBay policies we can no longer accept checks, cashier checks or money orders.
We reserve the right to relist any item after two days if there is no commmunication from buyer or if buyer has feedback of 5 or less.
We file feedback and that is sent automatically when we receive payment. When you leave feedback please score us all five stars on each of the four detailed seller ratings. If you are unable to do that please contact us before leaving feedback so that we can resolve the issue.
Return Policy
We take great care to measure all of our items and list condition as accurately as possible. If we miss something or you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 100% return less any shipping/insurance charges. Please contact us with any questions prior to bidding and if there is a problem, please let us know so that we can try to resolve the issue. Thank you.
Layaway
We will accept layaways with prior approval. Qualifying products will be $299.99 or higher. The deposit will be ½ of the purchase price and must be paid within 3 business days of auction end unless prior arrangements have been made. We will hold the item up to 30 days after auction ends for complete payment and will relist on day 31 if full payment is not made. The original deposit will be forfeited and not refunded if you do not pay the full amount within the required time.
