Shipping and Returns

Fast Shipping! Once your payment is received, or your eCheck clears, your order ships absolutely no later than the next day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, upon return of your order to me in the same condition in which it shipped. Please email me first using the "Contact Seller" link in the original item listing.

For fragile items damaged in transit, you may not have to return them to get a refund. See the page "Items Damaged in Transit" inside the "Store Pages" box above.

  

Returns - Fragile and Non-Fragile Items

Fragile Item Returns

If you receive an item that was broken during shipping, there is no need to return it. You can still get your money back, and you don't have to hassle with the shipping insurance company either! I do that for you.

The shipping insurance company I use requires that you send me a letter that includes the following information. It doesn't have to be fancy. Just type it up the best you can and fax it to me toll free at area code eight-eight-eight, eight-two-zero, nine-four-zero-six. (Sorry, I have to post the fax number this way to keep eBay's automated system from tagging it as a voice number and stripping it out of this page.)

Once I receive your letter, I can refund your money. The instructions below are copied and pasted from the parcel insurance website.




A signed letter from the consignee [that's you] stating the following:

  1. Date the package was mailed.

  2. Invoice / auction / item number.

  3. Description of product.

  4. If loss, state parcel never received; if damage, state description of damage and if repairable. Provide a detailed description of the damage, state if repairs are possible, the cost of repair and any salvage value if not repairable. Please hold on to the item until a resolution is found.

  5. Signature and date.



Nonfragile Item Returns

Because some nonfragile items can be refunded without shipping back to me, refunds for NONFRAGILE items such as shirts should be requested by emailing me through your eBay account.

Go to the "My eBay" link in the upper right hand corner of your screen. On the drop-down menu that appears when you hover over "My eBay", go to "Purchase History." Then use the "Contact Seller" link in the drop-down list next to the item you want to return.

This helps me be sure to refund the correct item. Please be sure to state the reason for your return.
