Satisfaction Guarantee:
I try to be very detailed and thorough in my listings. However, I will refund your money if, within 30 days, you return the item to the return address on the box in which it shipped (damaged items don't have to be returned; see Our Shipping Policies below). Please be sure to read this listing thoroughly, and ask any questions you may have, to avoid unpleasant surprises when your order arrives. My apologies, but all undamaged items must be returned before refunds are issued so I can ensure I have the item for relisting on eBay.
Our Shipping Policies
- International shipping: My apologies, but due to current eBay policies, and the type of items I sell, I can no longer ship to international customers without losing money. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
- Most listings use FREE shipping; the cost of shipping is added to the price of these items.
- How to get a shipping quote for items using flat or calculated shipping: Please don't email me. Since I don't know your zip code, or how many of a multi-item listing you wish to purchase, I don't have the information to provide you with a shipping quote. Instead, please use eBay's shipping calculator, which is on the "Shipping" tab directly under the first item photo.
- All fragile items ship insured at no extra cost to you. And, I handle all insurance claims for you. You don't have to fight with the shipping insurance company or the shipping carrier to get your money back. For detailed instructions about items damaged in transit, please see this page of my eBay store.
- Fast Shipping! Your order ships absolutely no later than the next business day. Please note that I do not ship on weekends, or on Federal or banking holidays, due to the fact that all the shipping carriers in my area are closed on those days.
- Combined shipping discounts available. If you wish to purchase more than one item, please buy but do not pay for all the items you wish to purchase. Then, wait until I send you an invoice with the shipping adjusted to submit payment through PayPal. If you don't like the final total on your order, I'll gladly cancel the transaction for you.
- NOTE: If you purchase AND pay for multiple items separately, rather than purchasing them all at once, without contacting me for a combined shipping quote, you may be overcharged by a few dollars on shipping. In this scenario, eBay doesn't handle the combination of shipping charges very well; I will happily refund these overcharges to your PayPal account after I prepare your order for shipment and weigh it.
- I use these shipping carriers: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). The service I chose is based strictly on which one is least expensive.
- All orders are packed carefully to ensure safe arrival. All appropriate safety measures are taken in packaging shipped items.
- Items that can be damaged by moisture, such as plush (stuffed animals) and clothing, are sealed in plastic to prevent damage from water or other liquids.
- Fragile items, such as dinnerware, china, and porcelain, are packed in a sturdy, oversized box with a generous amount of packing peanuts, and the package is clearly marked as FRAGILE. Please note that, for fragile items, the cost of shipping is slightly higher because they require extra packing material and labeling, thus increasing the package weight.
- Shipment tracking: After shipment, you will always receive a tracking number in at least two separate email messages. These emails will come from PayPal, as well as from me (for USPS packages) or UPS. If your package ships by UPS, you'll also receive delivery emails from them. My sincere apologies, but I only accept payment through PayPal. I apologize for any inconvenience you may experience in signing up for a PayPal account so you can pay for your eBay purchases.
