~ I accept returns/exchanges if the item is in the same condition as when it left my hands. Items can be returned for a store credit or as a money back refund. Refunds will be issued AFTER I receive the items in the same condition as sold and AFTER a "returned item" is filed & closed with eBay...meaning that you agree to the returned item dispute. The refund will reflect the purchase price MINUS the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses including but not limited to; cost of postage, insurance, and delivery confirmation. These espenses will NOT be refunded by me. The only exception to this rule will be if there is an error on my part...such as sending the wrong item.
~I accept paypal payments only at this time. Payment should be received within 7 days of purchase. If you plan to do more shopping, please let me know. If there is no communication from the buyer within this time frame, a "non-paid items" dispute will be filed and the item re-listed. If paying by e-check please be aware that there is a 4-15 day hold period depending on the country. I do not ship until the payment clears...THIS IS NON-NEGOTAIBLE!! Contact me as soon as possible if I should expect a delay in payment...this is generally not a problem as long as their is communication between me and the buyer :-) Good communication is the key to a great transaction!
~I currently leave feedback after I have received it from the buyer. One reason is that I have noticed that when I leave feedback first, 85%-90% of the time the buyer does not take the time to reciprocate. When you leave feedback it lets me know that you have received your item and that their are no problems...I do not feel comfortable leaving feedback until both of our responsibilities have been met, and this includes your receiving the item & taking care of any issues that may arise....no matter how unlikely.
~PLEASE contact me if there are any problems/issues with your purchase PRIOR to leaving damaging feedback. Please do not leave a negative or neutral feedback and then contact me about a problem...this truly is not fair to the seller! I am sure we can find a solution to any problem or issue that may arise. Happy and satisfied buyers are my goal...within reason :-) All questions and comments are welcomed at any time!!
~PLEASE DO NOT send me threatening emails stating that the NWT items you purchased is USED...which it never would be...and demanding a full refund with the threat of negative feedback. THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH ME!! I was not born yesterday and will not be fooled by these scams! I am a serious seller and NOT stupid enough to jeopardize my reputation and business by lying in listings and selling under false pretenses! I will report all suspicious incidences and feedback extortion to the eBay's Trust and Safety Department.
