SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
The DSR ratings are more important so please let me explain what happens. I describe & photograph the actual item("HARMONY ROCK" IS NOT INCLUDING THAT IS THE NAME OF MY STORE ONLY). I answer all your questions, send emails when you win & when your item is shipped. I ship your item the next morning after your payment clears(I have no control over the shipping time once it's in the postal system). My shipping & handling fees cover only the cost involved with shipping your item & if I'm lucky some of the cost of supplies. If a seller I buy from does all of these I mark the 5th star, never anything below the 4th star. Below is a list of postal rates as of May 11th, 2009(these rates are postage only). I am including this due to the fact that some buyers have been marking low DSR scores in the shipping & handling area. When you mark the middle star "neither reasonable nor unreasonable" that actually lowers a score to a 4.5 star. This is a bad rating according to eBay & it has many penalties for seller some examples are higher ebay fees, lower exposure in search results & it could cost a seller their power seller status, even after years of perfect transactions. Communication is always the best policy & since we deal through the web it is more important. .

The postal service has raised rates again. I'm listing a few here so you know what you're paying. Delivery Confirmation Mandatory in US.
Flat Rate Box Priority $9.80 = 2 Shower Gels 16oz
Flat Rate Envelope Priority $4.95 = Perfume
Priority Cube $9.80 2 pounds = 1 Shower Gel 16oz
1st Class Envelope $3.78 7oz = 4oz Shower Gels
1st Class Envelope $3.52 5oz = 1 Set of Shadows
Delivery Confirmation $.18 on 1st Class mail
Insurance in US Only $1.70 up to $50
The above rates are postage ONLY no Handling Fees: Envelopes, tissue paper, bubble wrap, jars & lids, tape, printer ink for invoices & shipping labels, paper for invoices & shipping labels, internet access, electricity, GAS at $4 a gallon to the post office.

To sum it up for you a 16oz shower gel with Fees & Postage cost $10.72 per listing, I charge $8.95. A shadow set with Fees & Postage costs $4.97, I charge $5.95. With the shadows you must count the cost of jars, lids, & time to pack them. As you can see by these costs I do NOT over charge anyone for shipping & handling. Please don't be offended by this posting I just wanted to make everyone aware of what is involved with each transaction. I always want each transaction to be perfect, by mistakes do happen.
