The US Postal Service is raising POSTAL RATES again May 11, 2009. Please keep this in mind when you fill out the Seller DSR raitings. I do NOT make money on Shipping & Handling. Shipping & Handling covers a wide range of items & prices that is why I have decided to explain it in detail including International rates. I want to make sure everyone understands what they are paying for.

     If you have multiple listings you are buying then it will be the highest charge first then, then it will be $1.00 in small items, $2 on medium items, $3 on larger items. This charge is to cover the cost of not only postage which is going up AGAIN in May 11, 2009, but jars, envelopes, printing supplies to print the labels, gas to the post office to mail your items, delivery confirmation on each package, tape, sanitized measuring spoons & conditions to pack your items in the cleanest possible way, After all of these costs are covered there is NONE left over. Ebay & Paypal fees come out of my pocket. The business expense on just 1 listing that finishes at $6 it is exactly $5.87, it is higher the higher the final winning bid is.

      International buyers I do NOT accept anything other than paypal for international customers. No Money Orders, No Checks, No Echecks, Paypal Instant payment only. I can not cash international payments with money orders, checks & echecks through paypal can take any where from 10 to 20 days to clear and I must receive your payment within 5 days as it says in each of my listings. I have had such a rash of echecks lately that do not clear after 20 days of holding on to the item that I must add this to my policies.

     EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY I NO LONGER SHIP TO GERMANY, SPAIN OR ITALY. For International Shipping there will be an additional charge for shipping depending on weight & the place it is going to. Different countries have many different charges. I will have proof I mailed it with a customs form number after that I am NO longer responsible for it, I will NOT replace it if it is lost. Insurance will give you a tracking number & it is for your protection as well as mine. Please ask for a quote before you bid if you want to purchase insurance. I can not be held liable for these shipments when there is no tracking & sometimes these can take up to 6 weeks or more. I hope this will clear up everything you need to know about shipping charges, if you have any other questions please feel free to email me & I will get back to you as soon as possible. I am Not responsible for your customs charges, duty taxes or service charges from your local post office, these will be your responsibility on your end once it arrives there. There will be charges depending on the amount you purchase & which country you are in Please be aware of this in advance. I can Not & will Not lie on a customs form & mark it as a gift it is against the law so please don't ask. You MUST send me an email or message once you have won to let me know you have read the policies and understand before I will ship to you. 

                                                  POLICIES

   As for my policies I like to keep it as simple as possible. If the listing states contact me with in 48 hours, this means for you to make contact & let me know how you will be paying. I will send additional invoices each day after the 48 hours if no contact is made. I have no way of knowing how you will be paying in less you tell me. I Must receive your payment within the stated time frame. I post this in each and every listing please read it and adhere to Ebay & my policies. If I hear nothing by the 7th day I will have to file a Non Paying Bidder Dispute. I simply have no choice if I hear nothing from you. If you have not paid in another 7 days I will close the dispute & leave negative feedback. I hate to write this in here but after 3 years of selling I have learned that is this the only option. If the listing says "This Item Is Limited & Payment Must Be Made Within 5 Days" & I have not received the payment in 7 days the item will be relisted, it will no longer be for sale & the NPB Dispute will be filed.

   Every item will have delivery confirm with it, in the US only if this delivery confirmation shows that your item was delivered & somehow you did not get it, I can no longer replace this item as it says the post office delivered it. All items will be shipped to your paypal address, no exceptions.  If you do not pay for the insurance option & your item is lost or damanged I will not replace it. Insurance is there to protect both of us. I never pay for anything I buy with out getting the insurance. You never know what will happen once it is shipped.

   I understand that sometimes things happen & you may not be able to pay I will work with you, please send me an email. I am always willing to help. I also pack everything as carefully as possible, I list everything to the best of my ability being truthful, & careful to take the proper photos & explain completely. If you have a problem with something you receive, PLEASE send me an email before you leave negative feedback. In ALL cases everything is fixable, if you will let me know. I hate to leave negative feedback & have only done so twice to date, I also hate to see negative feedback before any contact has been made.

   EBAY is a great fun place to shop, meet people, & have fun.  I will always answer any email I receive within a few hours so hang in there & wait just a little while. I do not ever ignore anyone, but I do have a life, a job, & a family. I also live on the west coast so my time is different than yours, I tend to sleep in the am at least till 6.
