RETURNS
Contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of item for returns. OUR first priority is to ensure you are very pleased with your purchase! We will be more than happy to refund your final bid price upon receiving the unaltered merchandise back with a postmark of no more than 7 days of your receipt of the item OR credit towards another item. We do not refund any shipping costs. If you received free shipping and you return your item for a refund we will subtract actual shipping costs from your final purchase price. If there is a manufacture defect we will gladly exchange for free. Return shipping to be paid by buyer. We do not refund any shipping costs. Again, if there is a manufacture defect we will gladly exchange for free.
If there is an error with your shipment please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you and take steps to be sure it does not happen again. We will mail you a prepaid return label with a RMA number and ship your new item as soon as we receive your item in most cases. We will also ask you to fax a copy of the invoice that was shipped with your item to track the employees making errors.

We strive for 5's! If you feel you can not give us a 5 star rating in every category please let us know so we can improve our service and give you the best possible service. We take every rating seriously and so does eBay. eBay considers any rating less than 5 in every category the same as negative feedback. Why haven't we responded to yours? You may have a spam filter, block or have an incorrect email address with eBay as all of emails sent are to the one you registered with through eBay. Please keep in mind our eBay department is open Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm MST excluding holidays.
Why I haven't gotten my tracking number email from UPS, FedEx or DHL?
You may have a spam filter, block. Don't worry we keep every tracking number for 1 year in our computer and 7 years in our paper filing system so we can retrieve this information for you.
Because we use your eBay item number as a reference number with UPS you no longer need a tracking number to track your package.

Payment Policy
We must receive your payment within 5-7 days from auction close unless payment arrangements are made with us that we agree to. If we do not receive payment or you break payment arrangements we reserve the right to re-list your item, report you to eBay as a nonpaying bidder and block you from any future purchases.

Worldwide Shipping
We use UPS Worldwide Express or USPS International Priority Mail only for all shipments outside of the USA excluding Canada. Canada we use UPS Standard to Canada or USPS . Multiple item shipping discounts automatically applied when you pay for all items together if shipped in the same box. Up to 8 queen blankets fit in one box! You are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties & taxes.
International Shipping is quite expensive. Because we have had so many questions regarding pricing we have added a UPS calculator with UPS rates for your convenience.
Do you have more than one of the same item?
In most cases, YES! We are a wholesale distributor and carry thousands of products in our warehouse. Because we sell such a high volume of merchandise and we want to be sure you get your item if you bid on it we list only one item and set it aside separately for you. If you want more than one of the same item please email us! We will check inventory and let you know if they are available and if not when they will be available.
