Contact is required within 3 days and payment within 7 days. I will refund on defective items after returned. Any requests for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days. Lingerie cannot be returned due to health regulations. I take exceptional care with postage but am not responsible for lost items if you elect not to register them. To date 3 items out of 1300 have been lost in the mail, which is good odds, but the risk is ultimately yours.
