The 2-year Limited Warranty covers your purchase on all HID Bulbs and Ballasts purchased brand new through us. The 2-Year warranty starts on the date of your purchase (regardless of date payment is sent) and is valid for 2-years from this date. Information on claiming a warranty for your purchase is listed at the bottom of this page.
The warranty covers any factory defects that cause the bulbs and or ballasts to fail to operate. The warranty does not cover improper installation and use such as but not limited to: water damage, breakage, fire, chemical spillage, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, submersion, vehicle crashes, dropping or other impact. HID bulbs are Xenon gas-charged and therefore cannot come into contact with human skin. Please do not touch the bulb itself as this will destroy the bulb and void your warranty.
This warranty does not cover any physical damage to the bulbs or ballasts.
All returned parts for warranty will be inspected to verify operational defect. If the non-operational part is found to be defective as a result of improper use and/or installation then the warranty is considered to be void.
Shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the defective parts back to us for warranty claims as well as cover the cost to have the item shipped back.
Instructions for filing a warranty claim:
All warranty claims require an RMA # (issued by our Tech department). Follow these instructions to get your RMA #.

** Note: Do not return any items until we have issued you an RMA #. If an item is returned to us without a valid RMA # clearly displayed on the outisde of the package, the item will be returned to you. ** |
