FEEDBACK is an important tool. When rating a seller, make sure you note not only the positive and negative feedback that a seller has, but also note how many mutually withdrawn feedback they have as well.
A mutually withdrawn feedback generally is a feedback other than positive (usually a negative) that is given to a seller. The seller then leaves a retaliatory negative feedback for the buyer, and then brokers a deal to mutually withdraw both negative feedbacks, thus erasing his own negative feedback.
To see how many withdrawn feedbacks a seller has, simply click on their feedback number, then look for the blue bar below the feedback tabs.
