I am sorry to state I had a negative experience with this seller who has many positive reviews. I was sent the wrong size of a clothing item and attempted to tell the seller of the situation. I asked to be sent the correct size. I was told to send the item back and pay the shipping. I wanted the correct size sent to me. This was not my error and did not feel shipping was my responsibility to pay. No further communication from seller after attempting contact and needed eBay’s assistance in return

The buyer is very confused. The right item was sent to her as confirmed by the pictures she sent when asked to provide photos of the item she received. She received a full refund anyway.
