 | A: All sales are final. If you received an item in error, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving them and a sales rep will assist you. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: We do combine shipping on multiple auction wins. The exception to this are vases over 24" tall, river rocks, and marbles. |

 | A: All items should be received within 5-7 business days of payment. If you need your order sooner than this time frame, please call our office to arrange for expedited shipping |

 | A: Shipping is solely based on weight of the order and where you are located. Please note that our vases are created out quality heavy glass and we ship out of California. |

 | Q: What happens if I receive damage or shortage to my order? |

 | A: Please contact our office within 5 business days with digital pictures of the damage. We will either replace or refund you for the damaged items. |
