Shipping fees and Shipping Experience

  • From the federal mandate of an adult signature, UPS and other carriers charge a flat fee of $3.75 per delivery to check Identification hence the higher than normal shipping charge.  We strictly abide by this law.
  • For our East Coast customers please keep in mind UPS takes 6 business days to ship so shipping your wine on a Monday means you'll get your wine the following Monday.
  • To protect wine from prolonged transit time, we minimize this by not shipping Ground or 2-Day packages past Wednesday or Overnight packages past Thursday. Please keep this in mind when paying for your wine.

Sales tax of 8.3% applies to any Washington state shipments. We also collect a shipping tax of 8% to all New Hampshire deliveries.

Our shipping and handling fees are for ground shipping for the lower 48 states, there will be extra shipping cost for AK, HI & PR. We will calculate this at the end of each auction.

Free Summer Wine Storage Program

During the summer, we will store wine purchased from us at no cost for you in our temperature controlled facility. During the checkout process you will be asked if you would like us to hold onto your wines during the summer. We will contact you in the fall to ship your wines. It's that simple!

Please note: Items that are placed in summer storage will not be available or accessible until shipping occurs in the fall at which time we will be coordinating shipments according to your region and acceptable weather conditions. To help make shipping costs more efficient, any orders that are designated for summer storage and are made within 21 days will be combined and consolidated into 12 pack shippers.
