They had a very accurate description of the parts along with photos of them to compare the numerous identification numbers needed to order the correct backlight strips for my Vizio tv. It arrived on time and was well packaged in bubble wrap and since I have no idea how fragile they are it was appreciated. There were a couple of damaged spots, a plug connection and one of the lenses, and after sending the seller a message with photos, a new set of the damaged strips was mailed very quickly.
