We have been in business since 2001 and have an ecommerce website, store-front, and warehouse in Hoopeston, Illinois.
Following are our E-bay Policies. We are working on reformating our pages on Ebay so this information will not be listed with all the items, but these are basically how we run our business.

About Shipping:
All of our products include breakage protection. We do use packing material and take care when packing, even marking the package fragile, but accidents do happen. If something happends to break call us at 1-800-260-1566 we will ask about the packaging and possibly send a call tag for the package.
Must be reported within 1 day of receiving package for breakage protection.
We reserve the right to pick the shipping method.
Our Shipping Methods are Priority Mail and FEDEX Ground or FEDEX Home Delivery, SmartPost, and once in a while UPS Ground.
Sorry there are NO express shipping or processing options for EBay.
We will combine shipping...If it looks like too much shipping is being charged please ask for a revised invoice. This tends to happen when a lot of items are being ordered. Shipping should really never be over $20.00....on large orders, since we ship the items free at $100.00
If too much shipping is charged upon checkout we will refund the difference in PayPal.
Free shipping on total of items $100.00 or more. [This could exclude AUCTIONS.]
We do NOT ship outside the United States...no exceptions...sorry!

Most of our orders leave our warehouse within 48-72 Business hours.
We are in Central Illinois, So if you are on the East Coast, Central Southern States Shipping time is up to 3 days. If you are on the West Coast or upper central states like North Dakota shipping can take up to 5 business days. So it safe to say you should have your products in hand 8-11 days after submission of order. Closer states will be within a week.
Shipping time depends on where you are having your items shipped to.
We reserve the right to pick the shipping method.

About Stock:
We do stock 100% of the items we list.
On rare occassions there are times that an item maybe out of stock. All items are in stock at the time of posting, but we do have a retail store, warehouse and an e-commerce website.
If you place an order and the item is out of stock you will be notified and given options on how to handle the shortage including but not limited to a substitution, waiting for the order, or a full refund.
About Payments:
We accept PayPal Payments, we only ship to the confirmed address listed in PayPal. We would like payment within 3 days at the end of shopping, if this is not possible please let us know. If we don't receive payment within 7 days an unpaid claim will be put on the order.
About Refunds:

Refund policy is:
