We make every effort to ensure our wigs are well displayed with a variety of views to help you decide on a purchase.
Wigs can only be returned if they have NOT been worn or tried on.
All return requests must be submitted via email to wigs@misstresses.net in advance if returning.
To qualify for returns credit, returned items must be unworn, in all their original packaging,tags attached.
Items which do not meet the above criteria will be returned to sender at senders cost.
We maintain strict hygiene standards for all our items and cannot refund items falling below these standards.
