We know this is frustrating, but in the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. Because inventory levels change very rapidly during the Halloween season we may find that an item you have ordered has ran out of stock before it was updated on our eBay store. In cases like this, we will notify you immediately to let you know, and give you the opportunity to wait for your item to be restocked or cancel that item and be refunded.

Order Errors, Missing Items, or Inaccurate Descriptions
We will fix any and all order errors, mis-shipments, and any issues if given the opportunity to do so. Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting us first. You can normally expect a reply or resolution within 24-48 hours.
 
Attention All Buyers: 5 Star Ratings
When leaving feedback, you will be asked by eBay to complete a Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) in four areas. A rating of 4 out of 5 stars in each area would normally mean that we fulfilled our transaction obligations admirably . What you are not told by eBay is that if a seller's DSR average drops below 4.6, it is considered to be unsatisfactory performance and will penalize that seller. Any DSR s of less than 4.1 will get a seller suspended. In other words, a rating of 4 in any one category is unsatisfactory according to eBay, but buyers may not be aware of this information. If we have failed to earn a 5 star rating in any one category, please email us and give us a chance to earn it. We need all 5 star ratings to continue to stay on eBay. We want you to rate our performance honestly and we believe this is information you should be aware of when doing so.
 
How To Leave Detailed Seller Ratings
Please keep the following in mind when rating the DSRs: Be honest. Objective ratings help sellers improve performance and help future buyers accurately evaluate sellers. Review the item title & description before rating the seller on the item as described. Consider only business days when evaluating communication. Sellers don't always check email on weekends & holidays. When rating sellers on shipping time, rate the seller on the time it took you to receive the item, not the time it took them to mail the item. You shouldn't hold sellers responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear. When rating the seller on shipping & handling charges, remember that sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs & a reasonable handling fee to cover the seller's time & direct costs associated with shipping. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, &customs clearance fees as requested by country laws.

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we have a fair return policy for you. We allow up to 7 days from your date of delivery to request a return or exchange . After this period, your order is considered final and binding. However, you have 14 days from your delivery date to actually return the item to our possession.
Exchanges must be of equal or greater value than your original ordered product(s) OR be of a different variation of size/color of the same product you originally ordered.
To exchange an item, we require that you place a new order before returning your item(s) to be exchanged to insure sufficient stock is available.
Exchanges requested without a corresponding replacement order will be treated as a return and a restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

Returns
Except for defective or incorrect item returns, all returns will incur a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories. Any returned item(s) received with missing articles or without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid. If your order was shipped for free, we will refund your order minus our actual cost of postage. Shipping Costs on returns and/or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We're not liable for shipments lost in transit.
Please expect a return processing time of up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return; for a refund to be applied to your original form of payment.
 
Seasonal Exclusions: Returns & Exchanges are NOT allowed for any order placed between the dates of October 5th and October 30th. This is non-negotiable, please choose your items carefully and ask questions before purchase if needed.

Although we make our best efforts to provide 100% accurate information in our listings, manufacturers occasionally update the designs and/or materials used in their products without notice. Because of this, the images and/or description may not always be exactly as shown or described. We will always ship the most up-to-date products available from the manufactures production. If you have any questions about style changes, the displayed product information, or images, please email us before ordering so we can verify it to ensure you receive the correct item you need.
