In case any of my wonderful loyal customers are wondering what just happened to my feedback rating, I would like to explain this very strange anomoly which was far beyond my control.
I was recently left my very first, and ONLY, negative feedback EVER (out of 1260+ positive feedbacks), and the comment left should be taken with a grain of salt. This was left by a very disturbed individual (who ranted about not liking certain parts of animals on their headband, and wanted dog heads only! ?). As you can see in listing #300005064612, on the band, the print does show 1/2 of a dog among others in the print (which I cannot control the placement of each dog in the print!). So not only did this buyer fail to look at the listing and read the refund policy (which is clearly stated on my store page), she also assumed that the print on every headband lines up exactly alike and the location of the print is exactly as shown in the example. To make a long story short, she was simply trying to get money back as she told me other sellers always "worked" with her. However, since I did not take well to threats and bullying, I chose to endure this negative feedback instead.
My regular customers know that my work is still high-quality as always. So please be assured that nothing has changed. I appreciate all my loyal customers who know and love my work, and I am sure you will all understand that 1 bad apple in 1260+ over this many years is still an excellent track record!
