Q. Can I exchange/return an item?
A. Footwear can be returned for exchange or store credit. Item must be returned within 7 days from receipt. Please include a detailed explanation for reason for return.  Clothing may be returned for exchange or store credit on an authorization basis.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Click at the top of this auction where it says, PAY FOR AUCTION. We use MarketWorks for our inventory/checkout. You can pay for the item with PayPal or your credit card from our checkout and your payment will post instantly!

Q. Multiple item invoice?
A. If you are purchasing multiple items wait until you are done shopping to complete the checkout. Please do not exceed 10 days from closing of first item.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do! We recently had to increase our international shipping rates due to postal increases. Though other sellers have discontinued shipping internationally altogether we have decided to keep this option. We also offer discounts on shipping for multiple items that are paid and shipped together. *We are not responsible for transit delays resulting from customs or carrier.
