Return/Exchange Policy:
With the exception of lye, all soaps and other items are eligible for return and exchange.
Canisters of lye are not returnable and not exchangeable. All sales of lye are final.
For all non-lye items: Unused item may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date received by the customer.
Due to hygiene issues, item may only be returned if it is unused and undamaged.
The purchase price of the returned item may be applied toward an exchange or a merchandise credit voucher, whichever the customer prefers.
Exchanges and/or merchandise credit vouchers are for the purchase price only; customer pays shipping.
