Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we currently offer free standard shipping for every Hanesbrands Outlet order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We ship to all 50 United States, Military APO/FPO and US Territories. We do not ship to Canada or any additional countries. For more shipping details, click here.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We only accept PayPal with immediate payment. Note; it must be a PayPal account registered to a United States Address.

Q: Will you charge sales tax on my order?
A: We are legally required to collect sales tax in those states and localities where we maintain a physical presence (nexus). The amount of sales tax charged to an order will be calculated based on the shipment destination's state and local sales tax laws. (Many states deem shipping to be a taxable service. Q: Did I complete checkout properly?
A: When you finish checking out, you will receive an order confirmation indicating your order is complete. Your eBay purchase history will also indicate a new pending order.

Q: Did you receive my payment?
A: Once your payment is processed, your order status will be updated on your eBay order account.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: You should receive your order within 7-10 business days of successful completion of order processing. (Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses will experience longer delivery times). Remember, we cannot begin processing your order until funds have been secured for the purchased items.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: At HanesBrands Outlet, we stand by the quality of our goods. HanesBrands Outlet eBay Store only offers quality new merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 60 days of order date. Buyers are responsible for postage costs for returned items. A: Once order processing and shipping are complete, we'll send you an Order Shipped email indicating tracking information for your order. Average delivery time is 5-7 Business Days (East Coast) and 7-10 Business Days (West Coast).
