In days when customer service is via text or non-existent, Hanna came through with flying colors. My pool pump died and the grandkids were arriving in 4 days to swim, swim, swim. I quickly learned that no one holds inventory anymore. The online pool 'superstores' are merely fronts that coordinate drop ships from the manufacturer with NO rush shipping available.
