RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased
from Happi Chix.
Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail service@happichix.com.
The cost of returning the item is to be borne by the sender.
When returning the goods to us, we recommend that you take out postal
insurance if the value of the item exceeds £32.
Accepted returns and refunds are subject to but not limited by the
following criteria:
The item must be accompanied by the original documents that were
enclosed.
The item has to be returned within 10 days of purchase.
The item must be unworn and unsoiled.
The item must be packaged in the same way as received.
None of the tags should be removed, changed or damaged.
Some items such as swimwear earrings and lingerie can not be returned
for hygiene reasons.
If all the above criteria are satisfied, you will receive an unequivocal
refund.
Returning goods for an exchange
When returning goods for an exchange, you are responsible for the cost
of postage and packaging for the new item that you wish to receive.
Distance Selling Regulations
Our company and products are subject to the UK Distance Selling
Regulations (see our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy).
You will receive a refund under the proviso that the item is returned to
us, within 10
days of receipt, unopened. In case the item is lost when returned to us,
you will be held responsible and no refund will be given. We therefore
recommend that you will take out postal insurance when returning the
item to us.
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to goods that cannot be
returned for hygiene reasons.
