 | A: In the event that a machine is received defective, buyers have 7 days to contact us letting us know the problem. If the issue cannot be troubleshooted we will work out an exchange for the merchandise. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: We can usually combine shipping on fabric cutters and most of the other items we sell. In the case of sewing machines it is very difficult since they are heavy and large. Please feel free to ask us- we will always try to save you money on shipping whenever possible. |

 | A: Our main goal is to ship items out within one day of having received payment. Most items will arrive within 7 working days when they are shipped ground. International orders may take a bit longer since they have to clear customs. |

 | A: We most definitely ship internationally whenever possible. Some items ship directly from the factory in California and they currently only offer shipping to Canada and the US. All items shipped out of Florida, we can ship out worldwide. |

 | A: The amount and whether or not you have to pay customs duties all depends on the import guidelines for your particular country. Some countries do not charge any additional duties for items under $1000 US and others charge regardless of how small the value is. Check the guidelines for your country so you can know exactly how much that would be. |

 | A: No, we are able to process, visa, master card, and discover through our own processor. |
